Tree Survey

 

We've re-started a Brent Island Tree Survey which was initially carried out in the early years of the Trust.  We're using a standardised developed by The Tree Register www.treeregister.org.  The aim of the survey is to monitor the progress (or decline) and general health of trees on The Island or between the river and the leat.  To make the project manageable we're only recording trees with a girth of greater than 1m and the data is for our own use only - we're not, at this stage, submitting it to The Tree Register..
